Who we are

CorrWave Research on corrwave.com is operated by GreenStopSign Services, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (SCC entity ID 12062545 — the same company as on our other public sites; we are not minting extra numbers here).

This site is a paid research surface. It is not a brokerage and it is not the live CorrWave trading book.

What we collect

What we do not collect

• Robinhood logins, account numbers, fills, P&L, or the live book.
• A trading blotter. Membership rows (email, hashed password, Stripe ids, period end) sit in Netlify Postgres so webhooks can update status and so you can sign in. The browser cookie is HMAC-signed, not a copy of the book.
• Advertising IDs, behavioral ad profiles, or sold mailing lists.
• Precise location. We do not ask for a home address on this site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

The member cookie

After Stripe Checkout succeeds, or after you sign in with email and password, we set cw_mem. It is signed with HMAC so the desk can tell a paid member from a stranger. It can carry your email, Stripe customer id, subscription id, and expiry. It is not your password. It is HttpOnly (scripts on the page cannot read it) and Secure (HTTPS only).

It expires at the end of the paid period. Clearing site cookies on your browser also ends that session. Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the period ends, then the cookie is no longer valid.

The public marketing pages do not require the cookie. Google Fonts load from Google so headings match the rest of the site.

Your saved research

If you make a starting plan or save research, this browser keeps your chosen interest, starter companies, research list, map selection, layers, filters and starting page in local storage. We use these preferences to help you continue where you left off. They do not sync to your account or between devices.

These saved preferences do not contain your email, payment details or sign-in tokens. Clear them with Clear saved research under Your starting point in the workspace, or by clearing site data in your browser. This onboarding flow does not send behavioral analytics or marketing emails.

Who else sees anything

Stripe’s own privacy policy covers the card. We are not mixing this product with other Stripe catalogs in the customer-facing copy; you are billed for CorrWave Research.

Feedback and support

When you send the feedback form, Netlify stores your message, chosen category, optional page or feature, device choice, and optional reply email in our private support queue. Netlify also processes request metadata for delivery and spam prevention. We use submissions to answer requests and improve CorrWave; submitting feedback does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not include passwords, card details, or financial account information. To request access to or deletion of your feedback, contact the support address below.

Your choices

• Cancel or update the card / email: Stripe Customer Portal (receipt email, or the member desk when the portal link is shown).
• Stop the cookie: let it expire after cancel, or clear site cookies in your browser.
• Access or deletion: write GreenStopSign@protonmail.com. We can point you at Stripe records we control. We cannot delete Stripe’s legally required payment records.

If a privacy law where you live gives you extra rights (access, correction, deletion, appeal), email us. We will not invent a formal EU representative or a sales-tax registration we do not have.

Children

This is an adult research subscription. It is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will date the new version on this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the update.
